All Group Fitness Classes take place in the group fitness room located at Apple Hill.

Preregistration is not required for classes but is recommended. 

Drop ins are welcomed and will be handled on a first come first serve basis. 


This class is a combination of bodyweight exercises and calisthenics for a full-body strength and cardiovascular workout.  Learn to control your body and have your muscles work in synergy while increasing mobility, stability, and strength with just the use of your own bodyweight.  Learn exercises that you can take with you anywhere!  You might be surprised how much we can accomplish without the use of any equipment!


HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. This interval based workout is a combination of cardio and strength exercises performed at a high intensity followed by a short, low intensity recovery period. This circuit-style class is sure to provide a tough workout. You’ll be challenged to push your own individual limits and walk out feeling strong!


See consistent results while burning a high amount of calories and improving cardiovascular endurance in this non-impact class. Whether you’re a beginner or avid cyclist, the class can challenge all levels! Different rides include but not limited to: intervals, strength, split rides, race day, combo & variety. Come and enjoy the interaction, driving energy and beats from fantastic music and get one of the best cardio workouts you can do in a group exercise setting. The only competition is the one you have with yourself! Train like an athlete, ride like a racer and find your inner champion!

Vinyasa Yoga

This class provides a combination of healthy alignment and the freedom to play within familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class energizes in a way that will promote facility, mobility, strength & relaxation.  Move with your breath and focus your attention, finding a balanced flow to get into your own body. All levels are welcome!


Barre is a low impact, high intensity, full body workout that focuses on strength, endurance, and flexibility. The barre is utilized for balance and stability, while the workout consists of body weight work and full body conditioning. Bare feet or grip socks are recommended.
