Jenna Stone

Jenna has been in the fitness and wellness industry for 15 years and has worked as a personal trainer, studio owner, barre/bootcamp/restorative stretch instructor, wellness program leader, Integrative Nutrition coach, and Reiki Practitioner.

Ben Sherman

Ben has been involved in the fitness industry for over 5 years now and has had a passion for exercise and health since the age of 10.  He truly believes that fitness and health should be a priority in every person's life regardless of their age or health history.  Ben specializes in functional fitness, longevity, boxing coaching and yoga/mobility.

Registered Dietitian

Cece Reeder

Kelsey “Cece” Reeder, DCN, RD, LDN; is a registered dietitian (RD) with a background in clinical nutrition and dietetics, sports nutrition, and intuitive eating. As an RD, Cece provides evidenced-based information and recommendations to help clients reach their goals.

  • Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition from Fairfield University

  • Licensed Registered Dietitian.
