Where are the fitness centers located?

There are two fitness centers,  one at the Lakeside campus (LSM-NE102) and the other at Apple Hill (AH1-SW101).

 

What is the Covid-19 protocol?

FitWorks follows the MathWorks Covid guidelines.  Those can be reviewed here.

Who is allowed to join?

All MathWorks staff are eligible to join. This is an individual membership.  Family members that work at MathWorks need to create unique accounts.  Non-MathWorks family and friends are not permitted to join or use the fitness centers at any time.

What is the membership rate?

$20 per month.  In addition, BCBS members are eligible to receive an annual $150 reimbursement.  Details are provided by the Benefits team in January.

What are the Fitness Center hours?

The fitness centers are open to staff 24/7.  Schedules may vary, but on average, each center is staffed 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. 

 

How do I become a member?

Sign up through our membership page, review and accept the terms,  and add a credit card for payment.

Why is Mindbody not accepting my password when I create my profile?

Your password can be no longer than 15 characters.

​

Already have a Mindbody account?

Try using a computer instead of your phone to sign up.

 

Can't find the app to sign up for FitWorks membership?

Look for the quick QR codes located on the brochures in the fitness center or ask a FitWorks staff member.

How do I access the gym? 

Once you complete enrollment, please allow security 24 hours to update your FOB access.

What is included with my membership?

Access to the fitness center, locker rooms, and group exercise studios. Also included is participation is group fitness classes, holistic programs, competitions and challenges. All members receive a complimentary fitness consultation with one of our personal trainers.

What is not included in my membership?

After your complimentary fitness assessment session, you may choose to purchase additional personal training. These will be charged to your card on file.

Do I need to bring my own towel?

No, towels are provided.

 

Are lockers available?

Yes. Lockers are available during your workout time only.  Personal items are not permitted to be stored in lockers when member is not in the center. At the end of your workout, please take all items with you.

Can I bring in family members or guest?

No, family members and guest of members are not permitted to use either fitness center.

How do I cancel my membership?
